- 1 box (50lbs) per 400 sq feet of turf

Staples
- Secures seams or lines
- 1 box per 60 linear ft of seams
- $20 – $30 per box
Seam Tape & Glue
- Joins turf seams
- 1 tube of glue per 25 linear ft of tape
- $1 – $2 per ft
Silica Sand/Infill
- Important for turf stability, drainage & appearance
- 1 bag per 50 sq ft of turf
- $10 – $15 per bag
Weed Barrier Fabric
- For installations over soil
- Roll covers 6 ft x 300 ft (~1800 sq ft)
- $90 – $120 per roll
Bender Board
- For edging or defining turf borders
- 20 linear ft per peice
- $8 – $12 per stick
Wonder Edge
- For easy, flexible edging
- 7.5 linear ft per piece

Additional Cost: $6-$8 per linear foot (around planter beds, hardscapes)
Sports or Performance Turf
Additional Cost: $12-$16 per sq ft (putting greens, bocce, etc…)
Sprinkler/Root Work
This could include yard prep or adjustments and is quoted separately after site review.
Custom Projects
In addition to residential lawn replacements, Titan Turf also designs and installs special-use turf systems. These projects are often smaller in size, but require specialized materials, preparation, and finishing.

Frequently Asked Questions About Turf Pricing
Why do prices vary so much between yards of the same size?
While square footage is a starting point, the final price depends heavily on site access, prep work, and how the turf will be used. For example, a 1,000 sq ft front yard with flat access and no obstacles is much easier (and less expensive) to install than a 1,000 sq ft yard behind a narrow gate, with roots, sprinklers, or custom shapes.
